Spring is here!

And that means one thing (well actually a few things!): the evenings ae longer, the weather might be better and more tennis will be played!  Social tennis and match practice on a Monday and Tuesday commences this week and the forecast suggests we might get some sun.  So grab your racket and get down to Musters!

(Also subs now due for the new season!)

Musters is 100!

2023 is Musters Centenary year, and we will be celebrating!  There will be bowls games, there will be tennis games, there will be afternoon tea, and the bar will be open!  And all of this is happening on 16th April 2pm-6pm.  Clear your diaries, because you won't want to be anywhere else!

For more information, we have a lovely poster right here.

Christmas Eve festivities!

Merry Christmas one and all!

The annual Musters Christmas Eve festivities will be happening from 12 on 24th December.  The bar will be open, festive snacks will be available, and for those feeling energetic, tennis will be played.

All welcome.

Finals Day
Finals Day is this Saturday 3rd August.  It's also the Bowls Finals day, and the bowlers will be running the cafe, and also the bar will be open!  The cafe will be cash only, and there will also be a raffle for you to spend your pennies on (the bar continues to have a 21st century card reader!).  The order of play is:

12.00 Men's doubles final - Richard and Callum vs. Nick and Adam
13.00 Ladies' doubles final - Bryony and Pat vs. Sally and Lyndsey
14.00 Mixed doubles final - Craig and Carrie vs. Matt and Jo P
Men's singles to follow when players available - Callum vs. Nick or Craig

Could last year's winners please return the trophies so we have something to hand out at the presentation ceremony after the finals!
Strawberries and Cream!

What more could you want on a beautiful Sunday afternoon than tennis, Pimms and strawerries and cream?  Absolutely nothing, you are quite right!

Thank you to everyone who organised this very successful social event, and well done to all the players that managed to play some pretty good tennis despite the heat!
