Adult coaching
We have quite a lot of adult coaching sessions coming up and I thought you would like to know about them all!
 
Carrie Milns has already started cardio tennis this week, with glowing reviews of the first session.  The next sessions are Thursday May 9th, May 23rd and June 6th, all 6.30-7.30.  Sessions are £10 and you can just turn up.  There will be social mixed tennis afterwards for anyone wanting to play.
 
Nick Walton is offering Matchplay coaching on Thursdays that don't have cardio tennis - these dates are 2nd May, 30th May, 13th June, 20th June and 27th June. 
He is also running adult coaching sessions on a Wednesday evening 6.30 - 7.30pm.  These are aimed at beginner and intermediate level, covering technical, tactical, drills and doubles matchplay.   The dates for these sessions are 1st May, 08th May, 22nd May, 29th May and 5th June.
The cost for any of these sessions is £8/session for members and £10/session for non members, paid on the night.  We need a minimum of 4 to run a session, with a maximum of 6.  To book please message or phone Nick Walton on 07759871783.
 
And then at the weekend, ACE have improver adult coaching 11-12am on a Sunday.  The first course consists of three weeks on 28th April, 5th May and 12th May and costs £22.50 for the course.  Booking is through this link: https://bookthatin.com/link/VTTYSQ - you will need to create an account on Bookthatin in order to book the coaching.

Happy Easter and Happy New Season

Happy Easter one and all!

And Happy New Tennis Season!

Yes, the brand new tennis season is upon us, and what better way to use up the chocolate egg energy you have then by running around a bit of astro turf, trying to hit a ball in a place your opponent can't return it?!

The clocks have changed, which means longer evenings, ideal for partaking of a bit of your favourite racket sport.

(It does also mean that this year's membership fees are due, and you can find everything you need to know about this year's prices and general information here.

Date for much-anticipated AGM released

The news you have been waiting for is finally here! The Musters Tennis Club AGM will take place on Monday 4th December at 7pm.

Not only will the hottest AGM of the year be taking place that evening, but for any lucky early birds, there will be mince pies and mulled wine from 6.30. 

What a line up! Put it in your diaries right now!

Fabulous Finals Day!

We were blessed with beautiful weather and brilliant tennis for the 2023 Finals Day.  There were plenty of closely fought matches and champagne moments.  Thank you so much to everyone who made the day such a success.

Whilst the ultimate winner was surely the game of tennis itself, here are the results of this year's finals:

Men's singles: Winner Richard Evans, runner-up Calum Jackson
