Date for much-anticipated AGM released

The news you have been waiting for is finally here! The Musters Tennis Club AGM will take place on Monday 4th December at 7pm.

Not only will the hottest AGM of the year be taking place that evening, but for any lucky early birds, there will be mince pies and mulled wine from 6.30.

What a line up! Put it in your diaries right now!

Fabulous Finals Day!

We were blessed with beautiful weather and brilliant tennis for the 2023 Finals Day.  There were plenty of closely fought matches and champagne moments.  Thank you so much to everyone who made the day such a success.

Whilst the ultimate winner was surely the game of tennis itself, here are the results of this year's finals:

Men's singles: Winner Richard Evans, runner-up Calum Jackson
Ladies singles: Winner Carrie Milns, runner-up Lizzie Coveney
Men's singles (over 50s): winner Craig Coveney, runner-up Ian Farrar
Ladies singles (over 50s): winner Rachel Whitehead, runner-up Pat Perry
Mixed doubles: winners Katherine Sanders and Richard Grain, runners up Calum Jackson and Rachel Whitehead
Ladies doubles: winners Bryony Farrar and Carrie Milns, runners up Zena Oliver and Katherine Sanders
Men's doubles: winners Dave Richmond and Ricard Evans, runners up Craig Coveney and Nick Riddle

Spring is here!

And that means one thing (well actually a few things!): the evenings ae longer, the weather might be better and more tennis will be played!  Social tennis and match practice on a Monday and Tuesday commences this week and the forecast suggests we might get some sun.  So grab your racket and get down to Musters!

(Also subs now due for the new season!)

Musters is 100!

2023 is Musters Centenary year, and we will be celebrating!  There will be bowls games, there will be tennis games, there will be afternoon tea, and the bar will be open!  And all of this is happening on 16th April 2pm-6pm.  Clear your diaries, because you won't want to be anywhere else!

For more information, we have a lovely poster right here.
